In case of no-show or cancellation after the terms indicated below, an amount will be charged as required by the cancellation policies, indicated below
Confirmatory deposit:
Amount equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay, charged to the credit card, bank transfer whose data will be sent with the booking confirmation, or with a secure "Pay-by-Link" payment system on the SumUp portal. The Confirmatory Deposit will be fully refunded in case of cancellation within the terms indicated below
Cancellation:
No penalty for cancellations up to the 14th day before the check-in date, with refund of any deposit paid.
Debit on Credit Card of an amount equal to the Confirmatory Deposit or failure to reimburse the Deposit paid by bank transfer, in case of no-show or cancellation after the 14th day from the date of expected arrival
